How to Whitelist an Email in Outlook

a. Click the gear icon in Outlook and select “View all Outlook settings.”

b. Select “Mail” from the settings menu.

c. Choose “Junk email” from the submenu.

d. Click “Add” under “Safe senders and domains.”

e. Enter the email address that you want whitelisted.

f. Choose “Save.”

How to Whitelist and Email in Gmail

a. Log in to Gmail and Go to Your Settings by clicking the gear icon.

b. If it only shows “Quick Settings” select “See All Settings.”

c. Select Filters and Blocked Addresses.

d. Create a New Filter.

e. Add the Email Address You Want to Whitelist.

f. Select “Create Filter.”

g. Check the box that says “Never send it to Spam”

How to Whitelist an Email in Yahoo

a. Log in to your Yahoo mailbox.

b. Click the address book icon under the Yahoo! Mail logo. When you roll your mouse over it, it will say Contacts.

c. Click “New Contact.”

d. Fill in a name field and the email address.

e. Click Save.

How to Whitelist an Email in Apple Mail

a. Open Apple Mail.  

b. Go to “Mail” in the menu bar and select “Preferences.” 

c. In the Preferences window, click on the “Junk Mail” tab.

d. In the “Junk Mail” tab, select the “Allow Mail from” option.
