Updating Your Credit Card in the Podetize Client Portal

This guide shows how to update your billing and credit card information in the Podetize Client Portal in just a few simple steps.

1. Log in to the Podetize Client Portal at: https://cp.podetize.com/login.

2. In the upper right corner, click on your username then select “Billing” from the dropdown menu

You’ll see your billing information, including past orders and payment statuses. If a recent payment failed, you’ll see a “Pay” button to update your payment information directly.

3. If  there were no failed payments, proceed to update your information by clicking on the “My Subscription”

4. Click on “Change Payment” and input your information. If using a new credit card, enter the card details and click “Change to this new one.” The information will be saved for future payments.
